Our client wanted to have his jeep reconditioned as he was considering trading it in for something else. He was referred to us by a longstanding client of ours and we made sure to take care of his needs. He was able to log on our site, schedule the appointment most convenient to him, and was even able pay via our mobile site before we even showed up! all done with ease. One of our specialists showed up, picked up keys from the front desk and had the vehicle done before he was done with his workday.
Our client had never had her vehicle professionally detailed since purchasing, she decided it was long overdue and after a recommendation from a trusted source, she decided to give us a call. We were very surprised because an established detailing professional was located very close to their work, however, we discovered that for her, we were a much better price point and value. With the permission of her boss, one of our specialists showed up, picked up keys from the front desk and had the vehicle done before she was done with her workday. She said that it looked better than when she bought it. While working on it, we found a cute little toy monkey and decided to make him a part of the finished product.
After receiving some promotional content from us. A friend who was getting ready to trade in his wife's SUV decided to give us a try. He left her vehicle in his driveway for us to clean while he was at work and she was on vacation. He had never used our services and was just expecting the it to be washed. Upon arriving home and seeing what we had achieved, he was very impressed. We delivered our signature service with a couple of added touches.
